Climate Conference Call

Good Evening!
There is a conference call for the Lego League sponsored by the State Climate Office of North Carolina on October 22.  Deadline for registration is tomorrow.  Has anyone thought of anything they would like to research for the project?  We were discussing erosion.  Jeremy Burnett, Marine Quest director, said that he could give us some advice on the topic.  I need ideas and questions to post for the conference call by tomorrow.

Climate
encompasses the temperatures, humidity, rainfall, atmospheric particle count and numerous other meteorogical factors in a given region over long periods of time, as opposed to the term weather, which refers to current activity. The climate of a location is affected by its latitude, terrain, altitude, persistent ice or snow cover, as well as nearby oceans and their currents.
